For our collections: crafting and instilling our wisdom and experience, using ancient techniques delivers the purest results, using the most simple, magical techniques. You will find this magic in our luxurious line of candles, anointing oils, incense and smudge wands.

Our Crystals, Minerals, Rocks and Gemstones are sourced direct from the mines all over the globe. Every offering is “high-graded” which means you are receiving only the very best. Each crystal is thoroughly examined, cleaned and graded. We have a combined twenty-five years’ experience and are well known in the industry, please shop with confidence.

WHAT IS AN AURA CRYSTAL?

An ‘Aura’ crystal is not Man-Made and it is also not Natural. It is Both. It is a natural thing that has undergone an enhancement that adds microscopic layers of natural substances to its surface using extremely expensive and specifically man-made equipment, and ingenuity

AURA CRYSTAL CARE

When handling an ‘Aura’ crystal thoroughly wash and dry hands first and care should be used at all times to avoid contacting the Crystal with anything.

AURA CRYSTAL CLEANING

To remove simple surface dust: Do Not Wipe Off. Air is the best method or pour DISTILLED WATER over the crystal and let stand to air dry.

To remove fingerprints from the surface: from 12”- 18” away spray a small amount of glass cleaner on both the crystal and on a quartered section of a new soft clean cloth. Gently draw the cloth from the bottom of the crystal surface towards the top gently in one direction only. NEVER wipe the crystal with a dry cloth a dirty cloth or using a back and forth motion. Repeat the application of glass cleaner to the next area of crystal using a new section of cloth for every area. If you are unsure about what to do, Don’t test, we will happily advise.

Any damage to the crystal or Aura caused by you during any of the above steps is your responsibility and Far Arden Essentials’ is not liable for any outcome of the above process.

I PLACED AN ORDER. WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE ARRIVE?

The processing time for orders is 3-5 business days. Your order will be shipped upon successfully processing your order.
To our US Customers: Transit time is 1-5 business days, depending on your location. Insurance is available. Please contact us for rush orders.
To our International Customers: Transit time is 5-10 business days, depending on your location and customs. Please keep in mind that during holidays this time may vary. Thank you for your patience.
Orders can be tracked from a tracking number that will be provided in an email to you when the product ships. Please note that it may take several hours from the time an order ships to the time it is first scanned by the carrier into their system.

No. All sales are final.

I AM AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER (OUTSIDE USA) DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS AND TAXES?

Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Far Arden Essentials.

The customer is responsible for any and all customs charges due on delivery of product.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays once the package has exited the United States.

Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.
