WHAT IS AN AURA CRYSTAL?

Our aura enhancement is a proprietary Dichroic process containing 15 micro thin layers of colloidal gold and silver particles that causes an array of colors depending on lighting and different angles. Modern day dichroic was used primary for NASA optics, but was used as early as the 4th century A.D. in decorative ornaments in Europe.

AURA CRYSTAL CARE

When handling an Aura crystal care should be used at all times. Treat your crystal as you would any other fine ornament, decorative momento or heirloom. 

AURA CRYSTAL CLEANING

To remove simple surface dust: Do Not Wipe Off. A can of air is the best method, or pour DISTILLED WATER over the crystal and let stand to air dry.

To remove fingerprints from the surface: from 12”- 18” away spray a small amount of glass cleaner on both the crystal and on a quartered section of a new soft clean cloth. Gently draw the cloth from the bottom of the crystal surface towards the top gently in one direction only. NEVER wipe the crystal with a dry cloth a dirty cloth or using a back and forth motion. Repeat the application of glass cleaner to the next area of crystal using a new section of cloth for every area. If you are unsure about what to do, Don’t test, we will happily advise.

The processing time for orders is 3-5 business days. Your order will be shipped upon successfully processing your order.
To our US Customers: Transit time is 1-5 business days, depending on your location. Insurance is available. Please contact us for rush orders.
To our International Customers: Transit time is 5-10 business days, depending on your location and customs. Please keep in mind that during holidays this time may vary. Thank you for your patience.
Orders can be tracked from a tracking number that will be provided in an email to you when the product ships. Please note that it may take several hours from the time an order ships to the time it is first scanned by the carrier into their system.

DO YOU OFFER RETURNS?

No. All sales are final. We may offer store credit from time to time. 

I AM AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER (OUTSIDE USA) DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS AND TAXES?

Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Far Arden Essentials.

The customer is responsible for any and all customs charges due on delivery of product.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays once the package has exited the United States.

Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE I'VE PLACED IT?

No, once you place an order it is final.
