PERCEPTION (part 1)
How we perceive things determines how we handle them, how emotionally involved we become, and what kind of stress we choose to embrace.
We are proposing you do an inventory of your perception quota. How is it working for you? What can you do to change your perception and set yourself free… Free from what you may ask? Free from draining attachments, free from feeling like a victim, free from disease, free from mental obsession, free from exhaustion, free from lack, free from loneliness, free from stress of any kind. Do we have your attention?
Here are some common misperception symptoms for you to consider in the introspection of your own perception quota. You may identify with one or more of them:
Things are happening to you due to an outside force.
Everything wrong in your life is someone else’s fault.
You are to blame for most things happening in your life.
Thoughts & feelings don’t matter and have no influence on your life.
If you had made a different choice in your past, things might be better today.
Your environment has no influence on who you are or who you will become.
If you discover any of these thought processes to be present in your life, they are holding you back. This perception is disempowering to your very existence. These ego-mind thoughts are programs perpetuated through TV, movies, advertising, media, etc. They remove the focus from the Truth of who you are and why you are here. They deplete your energy, and program you to feel as though there is not a lot you can do to change things. That is far from the truth. For there IS plenty you can do to change your reality.
